Delta’s Homelife Story
Part artist/part engineer, I chose a creative path as a way to passionately engage with all of life. Trained as a ceramic artist, then an honors graduate of PRATT's prestigious interior design MFA program, I’m also a soulful lounge singer, the mother of two uber inquisitive girls, and a competitive tennis player. I live and breathe the yin/yang of family/work life with a California twist.
Raised in small town Illinois, schooled in NYC and Copenhagen, I trained in premier design studios, and have designed dozens of inspired interiors - from relaxed and earthy Santa Monica to luxurious and ceremonial Saudi Arabia. (…not to mention, designing boutique hotels, multi-family towers and music venues!)
After years establishing myself as a young hard-working Project Director for the beloved designer, Clodagh, I co-founded Curated. a bicoastal, full-service interior design firm with my distinguished colleague, Elena Frampton - now of Frampton Co. (interior design lovers follow her here!)
In 2014, my love for Los Angeles, outgrew my love for New York and I officially established Delta Wright Interior Design solely in Los Angeles. I officially turned my focus west and began building relationships with the great architects, vendors and purveyors of Southern California while designing bespoke residences from concept to construction. I design beautiful, modern interiors that radiate warmth, create well-being and celebrate the unique soul of every client.
My motto? HOME is a state of being.
